Upgrade to a newly acquired residential assisted living center. The project consisted of creating a game room, and bathroom area from an existing two car garage. The facility was operational during construction, crews susscesslfully met the budget and construction timeline. 

A Venezuelan traditional bakery located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. The project is located in an existing shopping center, and consists of Tennant improvements to accomidate bakery equipment, a retail shopping area, and bakery establishment in the front of the space. 

A new take on Vietnamese cusine, located in the heart of Denver, Colorado on the hottest restaourant strip in town. The new locatoin will bring Pho to the Denver area that is an unmatched quality and experience. The new location has a large parking area in the back, new fencing, signage and cooking equipment being installed.
